G102-100 battery for electric boating
The ePropulsion G102-100 battery is a high-performance, durable lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery for electric boating.
In addition, the G102-100 batteries are compatible with a variety of ePropulsion motors, including the I-Series inboard motors. They can be connected in parallel to power different motors, with up to four batteries in one cluster, and multiple clusters within an entire system.
Fully compatible with ePropulsion motors
The G102-100 powers the 96V 10kW to 40kW ePropulsion motors, such as the I-Series inboard motors.
High energy density
You can be confident these batteries are powerful. With a three times higher energy density than the equivalent lead acid batteries it makes them smaller and lighter.
70% lower weight
Compact in size, they weigh 70% less than the equivalent lead-acid battery. By reducing overall weight on board means you have greater hull efficiency and better use of your power resources.
Built in safety – BMS
Feel totally secure knowing the built-in intelligent Battery Management System maximised onboard safety. Designed for electric boating the BMS is integrated with the eSSA system. Battery sensors monitor all functions including voltage levels, temperature, chargers and fault detection.
Easy to install
The G102-100 has been developed for quick and easy installation.
The connectors can be installed with a simple one-handed operation. With four terminals to easily connect batteries in parallel.
Long life cycle
Your electric marine motors will be powered far longer and outlast the equivalent capacity lead-acid battery.
Built-in durability means the G102-100 battery runs at 3000 cycles at 80T DOD (depth of discharge).
Durable & waterproof IP67
Also designed for a reliable and long life,tThe external stainless steel housing is highly weather resistant and is waterproof IP67 rated. It is very hard wearing and impact resistant.
Recharging is quick. With a 1C rating, the G102-100 is charged from 0-100% in one hour.

All the E-Series batteries are LiFePO4 (Lithium Ion Phosphate). This makes them 30% lighter, but enables around 50% more usable capacity than standard AGM lead-acid batteries.
LiFePO4 batteries have a longer life of up to 3000 cycles. A typical AGM battery can only achieve 300 to 500 cycles.
